Podiatrist Patricia Mcilrath, DPM
Dr. Patricia Mcilrath is the founder of Health One Podiatry Foot and Ankle, where she delivers personalized, comprehensive foot and ankle care rooted in whole-body wellness. She believes true healing begins by identifying the cause of a foot and ankle condition—not just treating symptoms—so every patient receives care tailored to their unique needs.
With over 20 years of clinical experience, Dr. McIlrath is highly regarded for her expertise in wound care, diabetic foot management, and complex foot and ankle conditions that affect mobility and quality of life. She previously served as Director of Temple Wound Care and Hyperbarics, where she helped lead advanced treatment strategies for patients with challenging wounds.
Dr. Mcilrath earned her Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine and completed her residency through the Temple University Health System. She is certified in wound care and hyperbaric oxygen therapy and is board-qualified in podiatric surgery. She also remains actively involved in the Department of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery at Temple University, staying at the forefront of advancements in foot and ankle conditions and best treatments.
Known for her compassionate approach, Dr. McIlrath emphasizes preventive care, patient education, and strong doctor-patient relationships to achieve long-term results. She works collaboratively with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure optimal healing and overall health. Dr. McIlrath is bilingual and fluent in Spanish, allowing her to better serve a diverse patient population.
Podiatrist Mallory Eisenman, DPM
Dr. Mallory Eisenman is certified by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine. Her four years of post-college education and a hospital surgical residency qualify her to diagnose and treat conditions affecting the feet, ankles, and related structures of your legs.
In practice for more than 40 years, she is a graduate of Temple University's School of Podiatric Medicine and is active in the American Podiatric Medical Association, the Pennsylvania Podiatric Medical Association (PPMA), and the Philadelphia County Podiatric Medical Society (PCPMS). She served as president of PCPMS from 1995 to 1997 and of the PPMA from 2002 to 2003. In 2005 she earned the PPMA's podiatrist-of-the-year award.
Dr. Eisenman is on the medical staff of Pennsylvania Hospital and Aria Hospital (Northeast Phila). She is an adjunct professor at Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine. She has been inducted into Temple University's Gallery of Success and has appeared on local news broadcasts as an authority on podiatric care and foot.
Podiatric Consultant Elliot Diamond, DPM
Dr. Elliot Diamond is now a podiatric consultant working with Dr. Patty Mcilrath at Health One Podiatry. He welcomes ‘hard to heal’ foot and ankle conditions. He uses computerized testing to analyze gait, balance and alignment to help identify the root cause of your pain. Recognized as “Best of Philly” and “People to Watch” by the Philadelphia Magazine ”, Dr. Diamond also served as consulting podiatrist to The Philadelphia Ballet, Philadanco and had one of the first Pilates studios at a former office in the 80’s. He emphasizes patient education with home exercises and self-care to support best healing.
Dr. Diamond integrates contemporary rehabilitation, pain management, sports medicine, acupuncture, and whole-body alignment to address not just symptoms, but the root causes of pain, imbalance and dysfunction. Trained in acupuncture in both the U.S. and Japan, he uses refined hands-on techniques to improve mobility, circulation, balance, and overall function—while emphasizing non-surgical podiatric consultation and care.
Voted “Best of Philly” and named “One of the People to Watch” by Philadelphia Magazine, Dr. Diamond served as podiatrist to The Philadelphia Ballet and Philadanco! for over 40 years. He is the co-author of a textbook on muscle testing and corrective exercise and offers advanced computerized gait and balance testing, along with a comprehensive fall-risk reduction program.
Dr. Diamond is best known for treating hard-to-heal conditions, pre/post-surgical concerns, and complex injuries—helping patients move better, reduce pain, while improving quality of life.
